Customer service


  • What are your opening hours?

    The website is open 24 hours a day, you can visit Armygains.nl at any time

  • How can I best get in touch with you?

    You can send an e-mail to info@armygains.nl or fill in the contact form. We aim to answer them within 24 hours.

  • I have a complaint/suggestion, where can I submit it?

    Send an e-mail with your complaint/suggestion and we will deal with it as soon as possible.


my orders


  • How can I see if my order has already been shipped?

    You can see this via the PostNL website with the track & trace code you received in your mailbox.

  • Can I still change the address of my order?

    Give us the correct address on the day of order before 5 p.m. via customer service (stating order number) and we will ensure that your package is delivered to the correct address.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    To cancel an order, please contact our customer service via info@armygains.nl; please state your order number and the reason for cancellation.

  • According to the track & trace, my order has been delivered, but I have not received anything. And now?

    Usually your package has been delivered to one of your neighbors or taken to a collection point. The postman must leave a ticket in your box.

  • I have received the wrong products. What now?

    Our apologies!

  • My order is incomplete. What now?

    If product(s) from the packing slip are not included in the package, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Make sure you have an order number to hand and clearly state which product(s) you are missing.

  • My package was delivered damaged. What should I do now?

  • Where can I redeem my coupon?

    At the checkout, under the total amount is a link where you can enter the coupon code.

  • Can I also pay afterwards?

    It is not possible to pay afterwards.

  • Which payment methods can I choose?

    You can pay safely and reliably via IDEAL.

  • Has my order already been shipped?

    You can see this with the track & trace code you received in your mailbox.

  • How much shipping costs do I pay?

    We use PostNL shipping costs. This is an amount of €6.75 within the Netherlands up to 10 kg. Above an order from € 50, - you pay no shipping costs.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    - All orders placed on working days before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day.


Return and exchange


  • How do I return a product?

    Follow the steps below:

    We cannot exchange items purchased online.

  • How long does it take for my return to be processed?

    Your return shipment will be processed and refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.

  • How much will returning products cost me?

    Return shipping is free of charge in most cases.

  • I am not satisfied with my clothes, can I exchange it?

    We can take back a garment that is in 'original condition' within 14 days. Original condition means:

    As a customer of Army Gains Nutrition you may return an unopened product within 14 days.

  • Can I return an opened product?

    Unfortunately, we cannot take back a product that has been opened.

  • Do I automatically receive an email when I order from you?

    After your order at Army Gains Nutrition you will receive a confirmation e-mail. When your order is processed and after shipment you will receive an email with a track and trace code.
